This is the first book I have read by Author McManus/5(77). But as McManus' subtitle suggests, this book is "An Ancient Path to Inner Peace." The emphasis must be on the first word--"An" In my view, this book is but a verbose hint about "a" path.

If a reader is truly interested in the way of a warrior, there is another, and bona fide, read on the subject matter-- "The Warrior's Character: Leadership Reviews: INTRODUCTION Peace has always been among humanity's highest values--for some, supreme.
